Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY


We only accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product sent)

 

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Item does not fit or incorrect size chosen

 

Return & Refund Requirements:

  • The request must be submitted within 3 hours after receiving the item
  • A complete unboxing video is required
    • The parcel must be unopened before recording
    • The video must clearly show the entire unboxing process

 

Failure to follow these requirements will result in rejection of the return/refund request.

 

Important Notice:

  • Requests submitted beyond 5 hours after receiving the item will no longer be accepted.
  • All returns and refunds will only be processed if all stated conditions and requirements are fully met.
  • A ₱150 transaction fee will apply to all approved exchanges.
  • Items returned due to change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference are not eligible for a refund, but may be exchanged under the same conditions.
