TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS)

By accessing or using our shop, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. General Use
  • All users must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
  • You agree to use our shop responsibly and not engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity.

2. Orders and Payments
  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received.
  • We accept payments through the methods listed on our shop (GCash, BDO, BPI/VYBE).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for customers, but requires a down payment of 300 PHP.
    • This is to avoid troll orders or cancellations.
  • Once you have completed the payment using the provided payment method, please send your proof of payment or screenshot of the receipt to our contact details.
  • If payment or down payment is not received within 8 hours of order placement, the order request will be automatically cancelled.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders will be sent together on the designated shipping day:
    • Laguna to NCR: 1–3 days
    • Luzon to Luzon: 2–5 days
    • Luzon to Visayas: 3–7 days
    • Luzon to Mindanao: 4–8 days
    • Luzon to other islands: 5–7 days

    Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
    Shipping Method: All items are shipped via J&T Express only.

    Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
    A down payment is required to prevent fake, spam, or troll orders. Once the down payment is received, your order will be processed as usual.
    Down Payment Structure (deductible from total order):
    • ₱300 → Orders (₱1 – ₱2,499)
    • ₱800 → Orders (₱2,500 – ₱5,499)
    • ₱1,500 → Orders (₱5,500 – ₱8,499)
    • ₱2,000 → Orders (₱8,500 – ₱10,000)

    For orders above ₱10,000 please contact us first.
    Note: COD shipping fees differ from the standard calculated shipping fee. A COD handling fee will also apply, depending on your order’s total value.
    Example: ₱2,000 x 2.75% = ₱55 handling fee

    Failed Delivery for COD Orders
    If a delivery attempt fails three times, the item will be returned to us. Any future shipping will require double the previous shipping cost to cover prior attempts.
    Returned COD orders due to failed delivery or refusal will require full prepayment for any subsequent reshipment. This ensures smooth order fulfillment and minimizes repeated delivery issues.

4. Return Policy
  • We do not accept returns for products that are not defective.
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The item received is defective or damaged, or
    • The wrong item was shipped.
  • To process a return, you must notify us within a specified period after receiving the product and provide proof (photos or videos).
  • Items returned due to personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect size choice are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Product Accuracy and Disclaimer
  • We make every effort to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions.
  • Minor differences in color, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.

6. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • By using our shop, you agree that our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

7. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our shop after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
